Standard Warranty Coverage

All Hearing8s amplifiers come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

During the warranty period, Hearing8s will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective product free of charge. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects affecting the performance of the hearing amplifier
  • Faulty components or materials
  • Issues with sound quality resulting from manufacturing issues
  • Battery issues (excluding natural battery degradation over time)
  • Defects in the charging equipment provided with your purchase

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear
  • Products that have been modified or serviced by unauthorized personnel
  • Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Loss of accessories like ear tips or batteries purchased separately
  • Natural battery performance degradation over time

Extended Warranty Options

For additional peace of mind, Hearing8s offers extended warranty coverage options:

  • 2-Year Protection Plan: Extends your coverage for an additional year beyond the standard warranty for $49.99
  • 3-Year Protection Plan: Provides comprehensive coverage for a total of three years from the date of purchase for $79.99

Extended warranty packages can be purchased at the time of your original purchase or within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at warranty@hearing8s.com or call 1-800-123-4567.
  2. Provide your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the troubleshooting process to determine if the issue can be resolved remotely.
  4. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  5. Package the product securely with all accessories in the original packaging if possible.
  6. Ship the product to the provided address with the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Once we receive your product, our technical team will assess it and determine if the issue is covered under warranty. We'll repair or replace the product and ship it back to you typically within 7-10 business days of receipt.

International Warranty

Hearing8s products purchased through our official website or authorized retailers are covered by our warranty worldwide. However, shipping costs for warranty claims may vary for international customers. Please contact our customer service for specific information regarding international warranty service.
