30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Hearing8s, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our hearing amplifiers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at returns@hearing8s.com or call us at 1-800-123-4567.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you're seeking a refund or exchange.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns that are not due to our error or defective products.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or color, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchange item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products
